WHAT WE DO
We get your fiancé's visa approved in a fast and efficient manner.
We help both you and your fiancé throughout the entire process. It is a very complex process that is probably completely foreign to your fiancé and possibly to you also. She will need to fill out forms, collect documents, have translations made, have pictures taken, etc. We help by fully explaining the process to you and to her. We tell her what she needs to do and when she needs to do it.
We talk to her in her own language. All of our correspondence to your fiancé is in her native tongue. All of our instructions are clear.
DOCUMENTS YOU WILL NEED
It is not easy to bring a foreign fiancé into the United States. It takes time, money, a lot of work and a whole lot of papers. These are the most common documents you will need to collect

WHAT WE CHARGE
Our fee is only $1,200 for assisting with the visa.
If you are shopping around, ask about the hidden costs other attorney's might charge like K-2 surcharge for each child, translation fees, and express mail. Our fees include these and many other costs that others may bill you for.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
Fees paid to others are not included. You will be required to pay INS and the government of her country.
Phone charges. Our translators work nights and evenings from their own homes. We reimburse them $1/minute for their phone charges.
COUNTRIES WE SPECIALIZE IN
We process US visas for ladies (and gentlemen) in the former Soviet Union and Poland. This includes Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and others. If you aren't sure, ask us.
